Claude Lévi-Strauss celebrated his 100th birthday in December 2008. On this occasion, the publishing house Suhrkamp dedicated to the author a special edition of his book of the century "Tristes Tropiques", illustrated with 40 gouaches by Mimmo Paladino that are exhibited in the gallery.
Chief lector Raimund Fellinger from Suhrkamp will speak at the opening.
